5 Beetroot Juices for Liver Detox
1. Beetroot Liver Cleanse
This juice is a combination of other fruits and vegetables that are powerful liver cleansing agents. Just put all the ingredients in a juicer!
Needed Ingredients:
* 1 large beetroot
* 1 green apple
* 3 carrots
* 4 ribs of celery
* ½ lemon with peel
2. Citrus-Beetroot Drink
This juice includes citrus foods because they are rich in bioflavonoids that can enhance the nutrient contents of any juices. To prepare this juice, just put all the ingredients through your juicer
Needed Ingredients:
* 1 large beetroot
* 1 grapefruit
* 1 orange
* 1 lemon (or 2 limes)
* 1-inch ginger root
3. Spicy Red Beet Drink
Due to its spicy taste, this drink may not be suitable for everybody. However, keep in mind that is abundant with antioxidants!

* 2 large beetroots
* 2 or 3 red or yellow bell pepper

This juice is prepared from root plants, such as turmeric and ginger. We are all familiar with the many benefits turmeric possesses. So, just mix these ingredients in your juicer!
Needed Ingredients:
* 1 large beetroot
* 1 jicama
* 3 carrots
* 1 inch of fresh turmeric root
* 1 inch of fresh ginger root
Liver Cleanse for Four Weeks
During this cleanse, make sure to follow a proper diet. In a case you feel fatigued, stop the cleanse immediately. This also applies if you experience side effects, including nausea, headaches, or dizziness.
It takes a few weeks to cleanse your liver. You should use the juices above, one at a time. It is recommended to drink 2-3 glasses a day for at least 3 days out of a week. Since the recipes are for one portion, make sure to multiply the quantity so it will be enough for 2-3 days.
